If we provide a fixed price, that's what you pay.
If anything needs to change, we will discuss it with you first, price it clearly, and get your approval before any work goes ahead.
If we ever carry out work without your approval, you don't pay for it.

Timeline Guarantee — Clear Expectations, No Guesswork
Before we start, you'll receive a clear start and completion timeframe.
If delays happen due to things outside our control like materials or subcontractors, we'll communicate it early and adjust the plan with you.
We don't give unrealistic deadlines just to win jobs. We'd rather be upfront and deliver early than over promise and miss.
If the delay is within our control, we take responsibility and work to get the project back on track without compromising quality.

We maintain full insurance, strict health and safety systems, and we are SiteWise Gold accredited.
If our team fails to meet basic site standards like cleanliness, safety, or respectful behaviour, we address it immediately.

As NZCB members, we offer the Halo 10-Year Residential Guarantee on eligible projects.
If something isn't up to standard and it's our responsibility, we fix it. If the problem is related to a subtrade or product we have supplied then we will work with you to ensure a swift resolution is received.
Before handover, we walk through the project with you to make sure everything meets expectations before sign-off.
After handover, if something comes up, we don't disappear. If it's on us, we make it right — simple as that.

You'll have direct access to your site manager, plus confirmed site walkthroughs at agreed times — so you always know when your next update is coming.
We provide regular updates and give you access to our project management system, if requested, so you can see progress in real time.
