Initial Meeting & Site Visit (1–2 weeks)

We start by meeting you on site to understand what you're trying to achieve.

Richard will come out personally, and where needed, we'll bring a designer along early to make sure your ideas are realistic and aligned with your budget.

This is where we ask questions, give initial guidance, and start shaping your project.

Design & Planning (2–6 weeks depending on project)

Our designers work with you to develop plans that match your vision.

Once plans are ready, they're submitted to council for approval where required.

During this stage, we make sure everything is thought through properly before pricing, so there are fewer surprises later.

Pricing & Agreement (1–3 weeks)

Once plans are ready, we prepare a detailed estimate and move toward a contract price.

We'll walk you through the pricing, so you understand exactly what's included.

Once agreed, we formalise everything with a contract, a schedule of works, and a clear timeline for your project.

Pre-Build Setup (1–2 weeks)

Before we start on site, we organise materials, confirm timelines with our trades, and make sure everything is ready to go.

This step is important. It sets the job up properly so the build runs smoothly.

Construction Phase (varies by project)

This is where your project comes to life.

Our team is on site daily, managed by our foremen, with Richard overseeing quality and progress.

We coordinate all trades, maintain a clean and organised site, and keep communication open throughout the build.

You'll be kept informed, and you're welcome to be involved and visit site (with us present for safety).

Completion & Handover (1 week)

Once the build is complete, we walk through the project with you to make sure everything meets expectations.

If anything needs attention, we address it before handover.

We make sure you're happy with the final result before we consider the job complete.

Aftercare & Ongoing Support

Our relationship doesn't end at handover.

If anything comes up after completion, we're available to talk through it and make it right where needed.
